We do not collect any banking details directly on our website. Payments by bank transfer or Twint are made outside the website, through your own bank or the Twint application.

  • Respond to your enquiries sent through the contact form.
  • Process your gift voucher order and send you the corresponding payment instructions.
  • Send you your gift voucher by email or by post, depending on the delivery method chosen.

We keep your data only for as long as necessary to respond to your request or process your order, and for a maximum of 5 years, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
